Project Manager, Engineer-Sales, Sales-Outside

Successful candidate may be seasoned field service or installation veteran or individual new to the HVAC industry with technical credentials and aspirations to build a career in sales and project management. Candidate will be mentored by our owners and professional sales team where he/she will develop the sales skills associated with networking, prospecting, cultivating business relationships and closing sales as they apply their field expertise. The career path goal is a fully-autonomous sales and project management professional with a book of business and the ability to grow new business.

Duties include:

  • Interact directly with clients/prospects to identify needs, both short- and long-term
  • Develop and present proposals.
  • Perform load analysis as directly by lead sales rep
  • Ductwork design
  • Equipment assessment and preparation of commercial maintenance proposals
  • Expand existing client relationships, successfully prospect for new client relationships
  • Work with installation managers to assure customer comfort issues are solved.

 

Commercial &/or Residential Service Technician

Duties are to perform troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance. Must have HVAC certificate, a valid driver's license and basic hand tools for the trade. NATE Certification a plus. Diversified experience with both residential and commercial equipment is very helpful, but experience in either market are welcome. Shifts will generally be Monday through Friday working 8-9 hours, with rotating weekends on-call.

Commercial &/or Residential Installer

Duties are to perform expert installation in replacement, new construction or retrofit. Must have HVAC certificate, a valid driver's license and basic hand tools for the trade. NATE Certification a plus. Diversified experience with both residential an dcommerical equipment is very helpful, but experience in either market are welcome. Installers will work on hydronic and forced air systems. Quality and performance of installed systems are paramount.

Marketing Internship

Description: Marketing projects including data research and development, promotional writing, trade show planning, outbound telemarketing, market research, day-to-day marketing initiatives and contribution to strategic marketing plans. We are happy to work with high school or college supervisors to assure credits properly monitored.
